FYI: is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift box fee or other additional charges for returned items, and will not refund original shipping charges. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges, but don’t worry, if you need to exchange an item for any reason, the most efficient method is for you to return the original item and place a new order. This will insure that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.

How do I return online?

1. Attach the return label to the outside of your package.
2. Detach the completed return form and place it inside the package. (Don’t forget to save the top portion for your records.)
3. Pack and seal the product securely.
4. We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges), to the original form of payment within 30 business days.

P.S. We will only accept online returns from purchasing made through
P.S.S. Styles from our Pride Collection can only be returned online.

Do you accept online returns in store?
We sure do, but before visiting our store, please read the following information to ensure a successful return!
  • Bring the original invoice (either the printed invoice sent with your item or your online invoice inclusive of pricing details).
  • If you do not have the invoice, please contact our customer service team prior to visiting our store. They will be happy to assist you Monday - Friday 8 am to 6 pm CST. Unfortunately, without the invoice inclusive of pricing details, our in-store associates may not be able to process your return quickly.
  • Outlet Styles purchased online must be returned at an outlet location.
  • Orders purchased via PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay, Google Checkout, or Bill Me Later: Bring your item into our store with your invoice to receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. NOTE: For a return to the original form of payment, items must be shipped back to our warehouse.
What is your in-store return policy?

You can easily return new or unused merchandise in-store within 45 days of your purchase with the original sales receipt. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Outlet styles purchased online must be returned at an outlet location. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or a store credit for the value of the item. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be exchanged for similar product equal to the current selling price, or the lowest selling price of a comparable item.

Styles purchased from our Pride Collection cannot be returned in-store. Pride Collection styles can only be returned online.

Monogrammed items are final sale.

Where can I return the items I purchased at the Kipling Outlet?

Thanks for shopping at our Outlet store! Kipling Outlet returns may be returned in the outlet stores only, Kipling Retail locations will not accept outlet returns.

Can I return a monogrammed item?

Items personalized with a monogram are Final Sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Do you offer price adjustments?

You may request a one-time price adjustment if a permanent price reduction was made on full price merchandise within 14 days of the ship date.
Please note, we do not price adjust promotional merchandise. Thank you for understanding!

Credit Card Refunds:

Please allow 14 to 18 days for us to process your refund. During peak times, processing may take longer than normal, so please be patient! It may take up to two (2) or three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

International Returns:

International orders are final sale.
